- Phase 1.
Training and installation of the 5S Core Group.This is a 1-day seminar-workshop to provide employees with the required knowledge, skills and attitudes in rolling out the 5S system and the required guidelines for the installation/operationalization of the 5S small groups
- Phase 2.
Operationalization of the 5S small groups for company-wide rollout, four (4) visits.This phase is the activity to complete operationalization of the 5S system company-wide. Company-wide operationalization is the period when the 5S structure, policies and systems have been put in place. Each small group has formulated, implemented and evaluated its first 5S project.
