Course Description
- The Developing Values Oriented Workplace is an 8-hour seminar that utilizes lecture-discussion as a main method to provide inputs for knowledge and workshop/group discussion to practice their learnings. This seminar promotes awareness of the company’s culture and core values to increase the level of commitment by aligning personal values with organizational values.
