Course Description

2-day seminar-workshop entitled “Occupational First Aid & CPR/AED Seminar” in compliance to government standards of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Bureau of Working Conditions (BWC), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Learning Objectives

  • First Aid Training aims to equip participants with knowledge, skills, and confidence in providing care for a person who has been injured or suddenly becomes ill. The training includes lectures and demonstrations on bandaging techniques, emergency transfers, and common emergencies.
  • Basic Life Support-Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS-CPR) aims to equip participants with knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform management to a person whose breathing and heartbeat suddenly stopped. The training includes lectures and demonstrations on performing foreign airway obstruction management, rescue breathing, and CPR.
