  • This is a 2-days seminar-workshop which covers the demonstration and practice of the tools in PSDM as participants identify workplace problems and come up with a suggested plan of actions, activities or project to address the problem being prioritized.
  • The seminar-workshop will delve on the concepts and tools of Problem Solving and Decision Making process focusing on the Total Quality Management Problem Solving tools and in addition combining the method with other problem solving tools like Kepner-Tregoe SAPADAPA to recognize its versatility as it complements the other tools in improving the thinking skills of participants that results/lead to organizational productivity.
